It is the buyers responsibility to have products professionally installed on their vehicle. The consumer also assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the product is legal in their state and Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) accepts no responsibility for any products that may violate safety or emissions laws. All products sold by Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) are designated for off-road use only. Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) is not liable for damages, costs, injuries that may be incurred in the working relationship with them for any products or services provided by Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned).
ALL parts and services are sold for OFF ROAD, RACE-ONLY ground vehicle use only. Aftermarket calibrations and systems interacting with engine function are not for use on pollution controlled vehicles. Alteration of emission related components constitutes tampering under most local emission regulation guidelines and can lead to fines and penalties. Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned). is not responsible for any fines, injuries, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the tuning process or our relationship with you, the customer. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure their vehicle is operating in a safe and lawful manner, respecting all local laws and regulations. Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) does not offer or imply any warranty or guarantee for the results or outcome of the calibrations sent to the customer during the tuning process.
Most items will ship within 48 hours of the order being placed, however some items have a lead time as they may be made to order. We offer a free shipping service for orders above $150 which applies only to the continental 48 United States region. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies or orders suspected to be placed by freight forwarding companies.
If the item is brand new in the original box, the restocking fee is 5%. If the item has been opened or taken out of the package, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be due from the customer. Items that are in branded, original packaging and packaged inside of another box need to be returned the same way or they will be subject to the larger restocking fee. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible to be returned. Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) does not take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders or damaged items from improper installation or user abuse. If an order is cancelled at the approval of Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) the transaction/processing fees accrued by the transaction will not be refunded to the customer. Exchanges will be accepted and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Wrongly shipped items will be covered in full by Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) including shipping costs. You must begin the return process within 7 days of successfully receiving any item, according to its tracking information. Initiating a return can be done by contacting us. If a refund is due, the refund will be initiated upon approval of the return once it arrives to us. Please allow up to 72 hours for an approval of the return and if approved, the refund may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be returned to the payment method used depending on the bank or institution.
Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) does not provide any warranties on products or services sold and only manufacturer warranties will apply to items listed. We will assist with warranty claims for all of our customers. If a warranty claim is needed, we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer or assist the customer in the process of submitting the warranty claim.
Any product purchased from Pwnall Performance LLC (Monster Tuned) that is found to be on backorder can be cancelled for a refund. When reviewing an order if the product is found to be on backorder we will notify the customer immediately by phone or email and offer a cancellation of the item if the customer does not wish to wait for the product to become in-stock. After receiving the product, the customer is required to let us know about any damaged or missing components within 4 business days of receiving the shipment.
